This Privacy Policy explains how CCREC collects, uses, discloses, and protects information in connection with corpcrec.com (the “Site”) and the strategic inquiry, intake, and scheduling forms made available on the Site. By using the Site or submitting information through it, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.

Information you provide directly. When you submit a form on the Site — including the Strategic Discussion Inquiry, Strategic Legacy Continuation Initiative, Philanthropic Real Estate / Mousphilan intake, Submit Asset, Submit Buyer Mandate, or Team on Demand forms — we may collect your name, email address, phone number, organization or institution, title or role, and any message, narrative, or supporting details you choose to provide.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, our hosting and security infrastructure may automatically log standard technical information, such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and pages visited. This information is used for security, performance, and basic site administration, not for behavioral advertising.
Cookies. The Site currently uses only the limited, functional cookies set by WordPress for core site operation (for example, cookies that support administrative login). CCREC does not currently use third-party advertising or analytics tracking cookies. If that changes, this Policy will be updated accordingly.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information collected through the Site to:
Respond to and evaluate strategic inquiries, applicability reviews, asset submissions, capital mandate submissions, and scheduling requests; communicate with you about your inquiry; maintain internal records of strategic discussions and submissions; operate, secure, and improve the Site; and comply with applicable legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use form submissions for unrelated marketing or third-party advertising purposes.
3. Relationship to Our Non-Advisory Disclaimer
Submitting a form on this Site is governed by the disclaimer presented on that form. In summary: submission of a form does not create an advisory, brokerage, legal, tax, appraisal, accounting, fiduciary, or nonprofit governance relationship. CCREC’s review of submitted information is preliminary and educational until a separate written engagement, if any, is established. This Privacy Policy addresses how your information is handled; it does not by itself create, or expand the scope of, any professional or contractual relationship.
4. How We Share Information
We may share information with:
Service providers who support Site operation and form processing on our behalf (for example, our website hosting provider and form-management software), under obligations to protect that information; professional advisors, capital participants, or institutional contacts directly relevant to evaluating your specific inquiry, where appropriate and on a confidential basis; and regulators, courts, or other parties where disclosure is required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of CCREC or others.
We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
5. Confidentiality of Strategic Submissions
CCREC understands that strategic, capital, asset, and philanthropic inquiries are often sensitive. We limit internal access to submitted information to personnel involved in evaluating and responding to the relevant inquiry, and we ask that you avoid including highly sensitive identifiers (such as Social Security numbers or full financial account numbers) in any form submission. A separate Confidentiality Agreement / Notice governs information shared once a more detailed strategic discussion is underway.
6. Data Retention
We retain information submitted through the Site for as long as reasonably necessary to evaluate and respond to your inquiry, maintain accurate business records, and comply with legal, accounting, or recordkeeping obligations. You may request deletion of your information as described in Section 7, subject to our legitimate business and legal recordkeeping needs.
7. Your Choices and Rights
You may request to: access or receive a copy of the personal information you submitted to us; correct inaccurate information; or request deletion of your information, subject to legal and legitimate business recordkeeping exceptions.

8. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information submitted through the Site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children’s Privacy
The Site is intended for business and institutional audiences and is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
